we currently ship to all 50 US states and DC, including alaska and hawaii. we don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations yet — international waitlist signups go out first when we expand.

orders placed before 12pm PT ship the same business day. orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends ship the next business day. you'll get a confirmation email at order, and a tracking email the moment your package leaves the warehouse.

we ship standard ground (3–5 business days within the contiguous US) and 2-day expedited at checkout. orders over $40 ship free standard. exact rates show in your cart before you check out — no surprises.

alaska and hawaii ship via 2-day air only.

your shipping email contains a live tracking link. you'll also get an "out for delivery" note the morning your package is on the truck.

all tracking is also visible in your account.

renu is shelf-stable. unopened bottles are good through the printed best-by date — store them anywhere cool and dry. once opened, finish the bottle that day.

it happens. if your order arrives broken, leaking, or missing, write us through the contact page within 14 days with your order number and a quick photo. we'll send a replacement or refund — no scripts, no friction.

for packages marked delivered but missing, we'll wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early), then re-ship.

subscription orders ship on the cadence you chose — every 2 weeks, every month, or every 2 months. you'll get a heads-up email two days before each renewal so nothing's a surprise. swap, skip, or pause from your account at any time before that renewal.

subscriptions ship free regardless of order size.

around major holidays (november and december especially) carriers move slower and our warehouse adds a day to processing. we'll post any cutoff dates in the announcement bar at the top of the site so you know when to order for in-time arrival.

need to update an address on an order that hasn't shipped? email us within 12 hours of placing the order. once it's with the carrier we can't redirect — but we can re-ship if it comes back to us.

subscription addresses can be updated anytime from your account before the next billing date.
