these terms form a legal agreement between you and renu mind wellness, llc ("renu," "we," "us"). they apply each time you visit renumind.com or place an order. if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

you must be at least 18 years old to place an order. by checking out, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally able to enter into this contract. minors may use the site only with adult supervision.

placing an order is an offer to buy. we accept your offer when we send a confirmation email. we may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, fraud signals, suspected reseller activity, or stock issues — and we'll refund any charge if we do.

prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout in US dollars. you authorize us (or our payment partners) to charge the card or wallet you provide for the full order total.

by starting a subscription you agree to recurring billing on the cadence you selected (every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 2 months) at the price in effect at the time of each renewal. we'll send a reminder before each renewal so nothing is a surprise.

you can pause, skip, swap product, change cadence, or cancel anytime from your account. cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle; orders already processed cannot be cancelled. shipped subscription orders are not refundable except as required by law.

we ship to the contiguous United States. orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. tracking is sent by email when your order ships.

renu ships fresh and should be refrigerated on arrival. risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

functional shots are consumable products and are non-returnable for safety reasons. if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

discount codes apply to one-time orders and the first subscription order unless stated otherwise. codes can't be combined, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. we may modify or end any promotion at any time.

your account uses passwordless magic-link sign-in. keep your email secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. you're responsible for activity on your account.

renu is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. statements on this site have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration.

consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reaction. keep out of reach of children.

all content on renumind.com — text, images, graphics, the renu name, logo, packaging, and product designs — is owned by renu mind wellness, llc or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. you may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

if you post reviews, photos, or other content (including with the @renu.mind tag), you grant renu a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share that content in marketing and on the site. you confirm the content is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

don't use the site to violate any law, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy site content, transmit malware, impersonate someone, or interfere with other users. we may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." to the fullest extent permitted by law, renu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. results from supplements vary by individual.

to the fullest extent permitted by law, renu and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or products. our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in miami-dade county under its consumer rules. you waive any right to a jury trial or class action. you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing by emailing us.

we may update these terms from time to time. when we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
